Refund policy
At Snuggles, we want you to shop with confidence, knowing you can return your purchase if you change your mind. We offer exchanges via post or refunds to your original payment method under the following conditions:
- Proof of Purchase: Please provide your invoice or order confirmation.
- Purchase Date: The product must have been purchased within the last 14 days.
- Product Condition: The item must be in its original condition, with packaging intact, and must not have been washed, worn, or used.
Important Note: For hygiene reasons, we do not offer exchanges or refunds on quilts, pillows, toppers, mattress protectors, or pillow protectors. Kindly ensure you select these items carefully before making your purchase.
Exchanges
An exchange will be promptly arranged if:
- You received the wrong product or size.
- The product was damaged upon delivery.

Processing Time: All refunds or exchanges will be processed within one week of receiving the returned parcel.
